Located on the inner circle of Arcadia Resort, ā€œSunset Viewā€ features a convenient but secluded location next to the premier resort pool. Minimal foot traffic behind the home allows guests to relax and enjoy the patio outfitted with a private hot tub and a BBQ. This villa is stocked with plenty of extras on the inside as well as games, books, toys, a pack ā€˜n play, and a highchair. As the name suggests, you will also be able to relax with one of the best views of the sunset from your upper balcony. The bright, open and inviting living spaces were designed with comfort in mind. This villa welcomes all travelers to sit back, relax, and enjoy their time at Arcadia Resort!

Great experience

Three families converged for a ā€œcousin reunionā€ and we had a great time! Six adults and 12 kids ages 3-15. Easy access to the pools and clubhouse was great. Layout of the house was nice, we appreciated the kidsā€™ toys available.

Villa #2 was the perfect size and location for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The villa was clean and well stocked, beds were very comfortable and location to the pool and clubhouse was superb! We were very pleased with the property and would request this villa for future trips.

The townhome was well equipped, quiet, clean, had plenty of space and a great kitchen. The three master suites were awesome and lots of space for kiddos too.

The property was great but the floors were really dirty and one of the toilet paper hangers was falling out of the wall. We had a terrific time, we just felt like it could have been cleaned better.

Short little get away

Amazing place... didnā€™t get any photos, too busy having fun. Family friendly and the amenities were great. Only one recommendation our unit needed blinds or some kind of shade for big window in eating/gathering area... As the night fell, uncomfortable sitting there with direct sun in your eyes. Other than that, we WILL be back.

Great Stay!

The property and location was great. When we arrived it looked like the property was still new enough that they had our bath tube taken apart, and maintenance sheets all over still repairing and setting up the property. Overall the property was great, and close to the water park, the kids had a really good time.

Absolutely PERFECT!!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely perfect...this home was a great fit for our family group of 14. Plenty of space for all the adults and grand children with large bedrooms (most with their own bathroom attached) for each family to escape to at bedtime or for naps. Large spacious kitchen for preparing meals with seating space at table and bar for everyone. The pool and clubhouse are right next to this home and we especially loved the private onsite hot tub. Even though the weather was cool for the beginning of our stay, the kiddos could play in the hot tub during the day and the adults relaxed in it at night. We loved our stay!!
