Is your family ready for a well-deserved beach break on the Isle of Palms at Wild Dunes? If the answer is yes, your family will love the 103 Grand Pavilion! Located in the heart of Wild Dunes, the Grand Pavilion, this four-bedroom, four-bath home is an outstanding vacation destination for your family. Following a two-minute walk, your family will be on the oceanfront Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, which features two swimming pools, an ice cream shop, and a grill. In addition to easy access to the Boardwalk, 103 Grand Pavilion, is located on the South Croquet Lawn in the Grand Pavilion, which is the perfect place for the kids to play. Finally, the ideal location has your family within a two-minute walk to the Village at Wild Dunes, Harbor Golf Course, and several community restaurants.

The interior of 103 Grand Pavilion offers style with comfort. The living, dining and kitchen are located on the first level and open to a deck that overlooks the Croquet Lawn that leads out to the ocean. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops. Seating for eight is featured at the dining room table with three additional seats at the kitchen bar,

103 Grand Pavilion has bedding for ten. The first level has two queen beds, with a full bath that has a private entrance. The second level features two bedrooms. The first is spacious with two queen beds and a private bath. The second has a king bed and private bath. On the third and top level, the master bedroom has a king bed, a large bath, and a private deck.

Additional Amenities Include:
• Unlimited access to the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk Swimming Pools.
• High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
• Washer and dryer.
• Assigned parking for two cars.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.

103 Grand Pavilion is on the Isle of Palms making it an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (9 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping, and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (18 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes, and gardens.

So, when the family has had enough at home and demands a beach break you will know where to go on the Isle of Palms in Wild Dunes; 103 Grand Pavilion.

Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. *Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Late summer trip

Great house and location within the resort and proximity to the beach and pools! Large enough to accommodate our big family group comfortably. Definitely recommend and we will be back! Love Wild Dunes and IOP!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We are so happy to have came across this property! Everything was amazing and allowed our entire family to come together from three different states to celebrate Thanksgiving at the beach! The property manager was especially helpful and provided communication days prior, upon arrival and at departure. We definitely will consider staying here again when visiting Charleston.

Pics were deceiving due to Below standard of quality. Needs many repairs & deep cleaning! Doors not shutting good, rug removed from ends previously destroyed , trip hazard! Sinks didn’t drain. Each room short of towels & never received after calling.

Good but some issues

Our biggest issue with this house was that the roof started to leak on the first day (Sunday) and no one came out to fix the leak until Tuesday. The interior of the home showed damage from previous leaks so this seems to be an ongoing problem with this location. The people who stayed in the upper room were suffering from allergies we think were from mold in the property due to previous leaks. Please check the property for mold and water damage. Also the top rack of the dishwasher does not clean at all, the dishwasher needs maintenance. Otherwise, the best property was good and clean. Location was very nice. We would love to stay in this area again, but we will not revisit this house.

July 2021 Family Week

The property was very nice and matched all advance descriptions and photos available. The biggest issues encountered were the appliances in the kitchen. When initially opened, the oven door fell off in my hands. The dishwasher does not really wash dishes (it is in dire need of replacing) but rather throws water and chopped food bits around and covers anything on the top shelf (bottom shelf only did get somewhat clean) and silverware tray. Some issues with random smoke detector alarms from the centrally wired system and we had one battery powered one in top master suite go out second to last day of our trip. We were able to handle the situations so they did not keep us from having an amazing time and it was wonderful to be able to gather in this space and enjoy long overdue time together as a family. Thank you.

103 Grand Pavillion was perfect for family celebration! Wild Dunes was great location for beach, golf, pool! 103 great house with resort/Hotel amenities and easy access to downtown Charleston! Was perfect to celebrate my son’s graduation from CofC!
