SIX BEDROOMS-each bedroom is legal conforming bedroom with a door that locks, window which opens and a closet. In addition to the six bedrooms there is a loft with two queen beds. Linens provided for all.
-FOUR BATHROOMS- this cabin has two 40 gallon water heaters so everybody can have a hot shower. Two bathrooms have tubs and two have showers.
-Main floor-two bedrooms-each has one queen, two bathrooms on this level. One of these bathrooms is ensuite. The other bathroom is accessed off the hallway.
-Upstairs-two bedrooms, primary suite with it's own deck, queen bed, walk in closet, five piece primary suite bath , second upstairs bedroom also has a queen bed and loft has two more queen beds.
-Downstairs-two bedrooms-one bedroom has a king, other bedroom has two queens , one bathroom on this level. The bathroom is off the hallway and is accessible by everyone on this level.
-Laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use-detergent is provided-ironing board and iron
-Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots and pans
-Linens are provided for the beds and also bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes.
-The Arrowwood HOA does not allow any type of RV's, Campers, travel trailers, sleepervans or tents in our subdivision.
-No motorized vehicles off road at anytime on the lot of the cabin, on lots of neighbors cabins, or common area or off road anywhere in the Arrowwood Subdivison.
Wifi security cameras on the front deck, driveway, firepit and back deck and patio area. Please respect the HOA rules and House rules. No more than 16 guests on property at anytime.
