Vert spacious and comfortable
This property was super comfortable, with plenty of room for at least 6 people. We had 4 with lots of ski and snowmobile equipment and were not crowded at all. 3 full bedrooms, downstairs room had it's own bathroom, which was great for privacy. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, lots of super cute decorations. We would definitely stay here again!

Overview
2 lower lights on north side and 2 upper lights on north side out. The front bedroom light just went out. 1 red dice missing; 1 stool missing from game table Lower bath sink doesn’t drain well The microwave needs to be anchored. Opening the door makes the machine move The fan needs a chain to turn on Tell people no closets in 2 bedrooms and no hangers in the one closet. Exterior pics are deceptive

Hello… thank you again for your booking. These are a lot of things which most could have been taken care of in just minutes during your stay if we had known. From time to time the lightbulbs do burn out and we do have spares very handy. We do supply several colors of dice for the game as they do come up missing from time to time. Around the bar only has 3 stools. The fan is controlled on the living room wall, we do provide suite case stands for your luggage. The exterior photo is of the entrance of the cabin. We apologize for the inconveniences.

Yellowstone adventure
This was the perfect spot for the first leg of our Yellowstone bucket list adventures. West Yellowstone is only 20 minutes away and a very easy drive from the Bear Tracks cabin. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. Jamie was very responsive with our one ask. We would definitely recommend the Trout Hunter for Breakfast. It is just a short and scenic drive. Might need a reservation for a big group or in a hurry. We were just four. Overall great experience. Thank you.

Smelled Great
My family and I were visiting Island Park for the first time and chose this property as our base for a couple days. While the location caught us off guard a bit, we were happy to find upon arrival the house smelled lovely and the host had some music going to welcome us. You could not tell this was a pet friendly home by how clean and well cared for it is. There was some property maintenance taking place on the outside but it didn't affect parking or access to the entrance to the property. The main road is easily accessible and there is a grocery store across the road. There are also good places to eat nearby. We would stay here again and recommend it to others wanting to explore the area.

We Love the cabin very clean! They have everything you need in the kitchen, The location is was great, they have stores just couple block away is you need something. Relaxing and Convienent
My friends and I wanted a place where we would be comfortable so we could relax an spend time together. We had all the convienences of home. There was plenty of space, all appliances worked well and the snow didn't stop us from sitting on the deck and enjoying the sunshine. We will definitetly stay here again.

Island Park VRBO
Although this property was not listed as ADA accessible it did show a walk-in shower; therefore, we chose this unit because of this. The shower was located in the downstairs bedroom which was isolated from the other sections of the unit (unit shared with a business on the first level and the living area and 2 bedrooms were on the 2nd level); therefore, if you have someone that cannot handle stairs, this VRBO is not for you. It was listed as a 3 bedroom - it had 3 rooms with beds but only one bedroom had a closet with no hangers. This closet also had the washer/dryer. One bedroom had a dresser but the 3rd bedroom did not have any place to unpack your clothes-needed to keep them in the suitcase. While we spent the majority of the day in Yellowstone NP (great proximity), the evenings where spent at the VRBO. The TV had only streaming available - which none of us subscribe to. We found this odd as we couldn't even get the basic stations.

Hello... thank you for your review. We do describe the property in detail in the VRBO listing. It mentions the bedroom situation, and location stating that it is above a real estate office. Fantastic Property
Great Location and Property. Jamie was fantastic. Responded immediately to our questions. She was kind enough to send a package to our home address that arrived the day after we departed. Located near restaurants and a direct drive to the town of West Yellowstone and the West Entrance to the park. We spent 10 days here and loved every minute.

Great place for couples
Travelling with 2 adult children and their spouses for 4 days. All queen beds which was great! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items which enabled us to cook all our meals in house.

Lovely cabin!

A Perfect Location
This property and its proximity to several attractions like Yellowstone, lots of fishing spots, 4 X 4ing, river floating, ect was perfect for our Family Reunion of 75+. Our host Jamie was more than accommodating for us with extending our stay and answering all of our questions immediately. Don't believe we could have had a better experience anywhere. Would most defiantly recommend this property.

Sorry you were disappointed with the location. We try to make it clear in the description where the property is located. Our property is a full log cabin and is located within walking distance to restaurants, recreational rentals, and only about 20 miles to West Yellowstone. Thanks for staying.

Amazing Property
We had a grand time here. Very spacious and clean. Convenience to Yellowstone National Park as well. Loved that we could walk next door to Connie’s Restaurant which had excellent food and ambiance!

Comfy cabin in a great location
The cabin was plenty spacious enough for our family of 5. It was nice to have one bedroom suite downstairs for my mother, and the remaining upstairs. Spacious rooms too. One easy suggestion - the pillows were flat and worn, and could use replacing, but other than that, it was a great stay. Communication was prompt and responsive. Would stay here again. Thank you.

We stayed five nights and traveled to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. It was the perfect midway point between the two. The cabin was amazing. Comfortable, clean and just right for our family of four and dog. Loved it!!

Great place in average location
The property is fantastic but it is pretty remote. There is only one restaurant nearby and one tiny grocery store. It is about 25 minutes from West Yellowstone. If you don’t mind the minor inconveniences, it is a nice rental.

Attractive and practical "home" for Yellowstone visit.
This loft property was clean, spacious, attractive and had all the amenities we could want. The Saturday we arrived, a local fundraising festival was going on in the park across the street. We walked over and had a meal, heard live music, got a taste of the local residents! This rental was a good location for our Yellowstone visit.

Lights in kitchen were not working, construction workers disconnected power to cabin and made parking difficult. Would not recommend this rental unit.

Sorry for your inconvenience… the project is done now. The contractors did work during the day when guests would leave to go venture out and about. I don’t recall the power ever going out as that project is on a separate meter. We did have a lightbulb out in the kitchen that we did replace. Thanks for your review.

Thank you for the review. We provide enough towels for each guest to have one, and we do have extra clean blankets on the sofa sleeper as well as in the chest in the living room along with extra pillows. Thank you again for staying.

Great family home for Yellowstone trip!
This was a great place for our family (3 couples) to gather for a few days to experience Yellowstone. Loved the big comfy furniture & large kitchen table. The kitchen was really well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, too. Heather was easily reachable by phone & very pleasant & helpful. Would've liked a few more bath & kitchen towels & iron (had a wedding to attend), but overall would love to come back again!

Beautiful Cabin with Great Location!
Our family stayed at this cabin for 4 nights while visiting Yellowstone and had a great visit! The location was approximately 25 minutes from the West Entrance to Yellowstone. We left early (approx. 7:00-7:30) and beat the traffic into the park after a quick stop to pick up coffee at Go Go Espresso! We were greeted the night we arrived at the cabin with a wonderful tray of snacks that my kids thought were amazing! All questions we asked prior to our visit were answered promptly and kindly. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Yellowstone!

The property was very well cleaned and everything looked new. The pictures of the property were deceiving. I was not aware that it was on the second floor of a realty company and sat in an open area near another motel and RV part. Part of the property was under construction. Enjoyed having Connie's restaraunt right next door. Excellent location for visiting Yellowstone National Park.

Thank you for staying with us. We try and make it very clear in the description that it is an upstairs unit above a real estate office in a commercial area. We are adding a small addition to the back of the office not to the rental property so it doesn't disrupt any of our guests during their stay. Thanks again for staying with us.

Perfect little cozy cabin!
This cabin is located in the heart of Island Park where it was only 20 minutes from West Yellowstone. It is located just off the road, yet seemed secluded and private. We thought the inside was very cozy and gave that "cabin feel". They had Roku for the television which made it so we could watch sports. You could also control the temperature of each bedroom which we liked. The listing said there is a fire pit and the owner said we would need to bring our own firewood; however, when we got there, the fire pit was buried in snow. That just would have been nice to know so we didn't pack the unnecessary firewood. The beds were also a little uncomfortable. The bed in the upstairs bedroom on the left was uneven so it felt like it was going to tip over if there was too much weight on one side. Other than that, we were really impressed with the place and would stay here again!

Cozy Cabin
The family and I came up to West Yellowstone during the last weekend of the winter season and before the horses of people hit Yellowstone. This cabin in Island Park was the perfect spot to serve as our base camp. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back!

It was great! More communication from the property manager would have been helpful. We were not familiar with the area and would have appreciated more insider information about seasonal activities. When asking for assistance, their answers were very short and vague. This property is a loft. It was clean and decorated well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
