"The apartment is in a beautiful historic home that sits on a hill overlooking the town and lake. It is fairly spacious apartment for a two bedroom and has a very nice front porch to look over the lake. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for the trip and everything seemed very well taken care of. "It was a nice place to stay. Kids had two beds in their room with a lot of space. The Master bedroom is tight, but we were only in there to sleep. Overall, it is the perfect place to stay in Ithaca. We were only there in between hikes and dinner and back to shower before bed. The book of suggestions and the coffee... it might just be the little things that made this place perfect for our trip. "

"My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the cleanliness of the apartment. We checked in with a code and the place was all ready for us, along with water and coffee to start our day. The owner Brian was very personable and was even helpful to me, because I’m a bit handicapped. He happened to be at the unit the day we were leaving and helped my wife and I load my vehicle. If we ever go up to that area again and we will need a place to stay, this will be our 1st choice."
