"I recently stayed at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel while traveling between Vancouver and Calgary during a move, and it turned out to be an excellent experience. I was especially surprised (and very relieved) that their pet policy allowed cats, as I was traveling with two. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that welcome cats, so this made a big difference for me and made the move far less stressful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless—quick, efficient, and handled professionally....

Apesar de hotel ser muito bonito estava todo em obras e não havia um lugar apropriado no lounge para ficar a vontade. O piso muito frio na entrada do quarto e no banheiro. A ducha muito apertada para um homem de 1,80."

And your representative on the phone was very rude for the first booking and said I was getting the best deal then I had to call back and I said I just booked it online and I got it $50 cheaper "

"The bed was very comfortable and we got a great sleep. Some areas need attention at thr hotel. There was dried up dog poop on our floor behind the door that our little dog found right away. It blended in with the carpet so I guess I can see how it was missed. My biggest concern was that the door used to enter the wing of the motel we were in did not lock at all and anyone could enter. I did see a security guard arrive in the parking lot later in the day though so that helped. No amenities tht we...
