"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well. The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the amazing experience!"

"This location had everything we were needing. The breakfast was great and had a good healthy variety. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Plus a gym. I used the laundry as well and it was clean and inexpensive which was a nice surprise. Will book again next time in Vernon. "

I told the front desk staff that I booked this place partly because there was a hot tub which I wanted for after skiing. She said they had just removed the hot tub and that there were no longer ads for it ... but there were. My shower faucet was so stiff that I could barely turn on the water ... needs a new...
