"We love this hotel. And we loved its location. It was a few minutes walk from the lake and from great restaurants. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I had a bit of an issue with Expedia and that I booked about eight hotels in July, but for some reason This hotel got booked in June. This is about the third time that I’ve picked a date within the Expedia app and then when I clicked on a hotel, it was a different date. I called Expedia and they said it was nonrefundable. I was horrified....
