Minutes Away from Coachella. New Salt Water Pool and Spa

Welcome to Your Desert Gateway! We are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful home located in Indian Palms Country Club, offering an array of amenities including tennis courts, golf, a gym, pools, restaurant, and 24-hour security gate guard. Situated just minutes away from the renowned Coachella Valley festivals, Empire Polo Club and Indian Wells Tennis Garden. This property promises an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the private backyard with a beautiful heated pool/spa perfect for entertaining. This beautiful home features an outdoor comfy patio furniture with fire pit, you will enjoy your stay at this desert gateway. Bedroom #1: King Size Bed with 55” HDTV Sofa Bed turns in to two twin beds Bedroom #2: King Size Bed Bedroom #3: 2 Bunk Beds, Twin over Twin BATHROOMS: The bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. HOUSE SUPPLIES: Home is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods. POOL/SPA: Pool: $100 per night to 86 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa : $50 per night to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. There is a remote control attached to the wall next to the pool equipment that controls the spa, lights and the water feature. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment. **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid March. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much. We are a pet friendly house. We allow up to 2 pets maximum 20 lbs each. Pet fee is $150 per pet per stay. Please don't let the pets get on the couches and beds. There is an artificial grass in the back yard. Please don't let your pets poo or pee on the artificial grass. City of Indio Vacation Rental Rules NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums, phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound amplifier or other similar machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited. MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege. These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house ONLY, not in private areas. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of these rules and make sure they comply regardless if they are day/overnight guests of yours. CHECK-IN TIME and CHECK-OUT TIME: Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM on every reservation. Check out time 11 am. An additional charge will be added for any non-approved late check-outs ($50 per hour). It can be flexible if you ask ahead of time. LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the premises by 11:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time, you will be charged $50 per hour. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is limited to 10 and or the number of guests stated at the time of booking and or on contract. NOISE DISTURBANCES: Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am Friday and Saturday Quiet time is from 9:00 pm - 8:00 am Sunday to Thursday Please be respectful of all neighbors. If we receive any complaints, we will attempt to contact you once to request that you reduce the level of noise. If noise continues you may be asked to vacate the property without any refund. PARKING: There is NO street parking allowed. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 in the garage depending on the size of the vehicle. If you end up parking on the street with authorization than we must confirm you prior that you are SAFELISTED, you must park in with the flow of traffic. If you park in the street and do not follow this rule or if you park in the street without permission from the property manager, it is a $200 fee per car per night. When parking in the street please provide the first and last name of the vehicle owner, make, and model, color, and license plate to the property manager. EARLY DEPARTURE/EVICTION POLICY: NO REFUNDS for early departure and/or eviction in any circumstance. **Cancellation policy for Festivals (Coachella weekend 1 and 2 as well as Stagecoach): Reservations are non refundable after booking. Thank you.*** SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ("Waiver & Release") In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver, And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities Connected with and associated with the pool. I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I.
