Welcome to Lakefront Dream, a Vue Vacations home! Here you’ll experience panoramic mountain views, stunning desert sunsets, and true lakefront living. Located on a corner lot in the gated community of Terra Lago, this gorgeous two-story home is one of the few with a large patio, unobstructed views, and complete privacy. The back patio is the centerpiece — a true showstopper featuring a designer infinity pool and spa that flow seamlessly into the lake, a MISTING SYSTEM to stay cool, a built-in BBQ with bar seating, a covered dining area, multiple lounge spaces, a lakeside fire pit, and a putting green. Unlike its duplex neighbors, Lakefront Dream stands alone as a private, one-of-a-kind retreat — perfectly positioned for sunset views over the water and mountains, creating a private resort-style retreat designed for total relaxation.
Inside, the open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces through a curved granite bar overlooking the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, and the living area offers comfortable seating for movie nights or family gatherings. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a private balcony and turret with sweeping views. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a thoughtful two-story design, there’s plenty of room for families or groups to spread out and unwind.
In the evenings, challenge friends to a game of giant Scrabble in the living room or head upstairs for a round on the arcade machines. It’s a home made for relaxing, reconnecting, and making memories
Guests love morning walks along the lake and exploring the peaceful Terra Lago community. Empire Polo Club (home to Coachella and Stagecoach), Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and El Paseo are just minutes away. Outside the gates, you’ll find hiking, golf, and casinos nearby — everything you need for a perfect desert getaway.
*Quiet hours and noise restrictions will be strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day as violations can occur at any time. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

Bedroom #1: Primary suite with King-size bed. Located upstairs. - Sleeps 2 Primary has en-suite full bath Bedroom #2: King-size bed. Located downstairs. - Sleeps 2 Bedroom #3: Two Queen-size beds. Located upstairs. - Sleeps 4 Bedroom #4: One full over full bunk bed and trundle bed with pull out. Located upstairs - Sleeps 5. Bathroom #2 is a large bath located upstairs between bedrooms #3 and 4. Bathroom #3 is located downstairs with easy access for bedroom 2.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 3PM local time and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA? All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE*
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly (cats/dogs only)! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.
WHAT ARE QUIET HOURS? We encourage you to enjoy our vacation homes, however we must abide by city and HOA policies. ARE THERE LAKE ACTIVITIES? There are no lake activities available for vacation guests. Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited. There is no option for water sports on the lake.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE? Yes! The HOA is very strict on parking rules. There is space for 2 vehicles in the garage and an addition 2-3 in the driveway depending on vehicle size. Any tickets given due to parking will be guests financial responsibility. **COMMERCIAL, BRANDED VEHICLES, OR 10+ PASSENGER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.**
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY? All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints and HOA requirements. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE? Yes! This home has parking for 2 cars in the garage and an additional 2-4 in the driveway depending on vehicle size. Street parking is not permitted at any time. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival. **COMMERCIAL, BRANDED VEHICLES, OR 10+ PASSENGER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.**
WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE? All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv's and high-speed WiFi.
SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS? We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

This home is located in the gated golf community of Terra Lago; one of the best-kept secrets in the desert! The Terra Lago community has so much to offer including a serene 20-acre lake where guests can have fun with catch and release fishing.
The Golf Club at Terra Lago boasts 36 holes of championship golf surrounded by endless mountain views. If you want to venture out a little further, there are hundreds of golf resorts to choose from, including a round of par 3 night time golf at "The Lights".
Just outside the community gates you will find the Badlands Hiking Trail and Fantasy Springs Casino where guests can hop over for a bite to eat or risk high stakes at the poker tables. Several other Casino's located within a short freeway drive.
Everything you would need is a quick drive away including the famous Empire Polo Club – home to Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals, El Paseo, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, restaurants, and grocery stores.
Terra Lago has easy freeway access making it a breeze to for a drive to the airport or any other surrounding city.
