Casas de Férias em Indio, CA

"This is an elegant property in a desert gated community. The home is spacious and gorgeous with marble floors and walls, a lovely backyard with a pool and spa that is beautifully designed and decorated. The backyard overlooks a man made lake and picturesque views of the Sierra mountains. The pool has mist controls for a comfortable humid area to escape the dry air and heat. It also has an outdoor television, large gas grill/bar area and a large gas fire pit. The master bedroom has a large...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Indio. The host was very communicative and helpful. The house is in a country club and is beautiful. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a week long stay. The ac worked great (very important in the desert) and the private pool was amazing! It was definitely the highlight of the trip. There’s a very nice kitchen that comes equipped with a large fridge, dishware, pots and pans, servingware, dishwasher, microwave,...

"We had a good time came to see my granddaughter and family and to see my sister in law that is dying so I had family a lot of family come by. Everything was great but every time we came outside in the evening, the neighbor would come and turn on his porch lights so we weren’t being loud so I don’t know if it bothered him that was uncomfortable for us."

"The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Getting into the house was very easy with the steps that were provided prior to arrival. The expectations on what was expected when leaving were also clearly outlined. The house was very roomy, comfortable and the host was pretty responsive. "

"Perfect for our golf foursome. "

"Nice"

"Not happy with our stay - The condition of the majority of the house (inside and out) was deplorable! Dirty inside as well as outside and in disarray (the outside), some areas in desperate need of repair. Pots and pans in the kitchen were in poor shape and utensils were dirty. Didn’t look like anyone came to do the outside around the house in a very long time. Fridge had been cleaned.By the way, we did have hot water, just needed it to run for a while. The throw rug in the living room where the...

"Anna the host was wonderful. She answered all questions in a timely matter. The home was perfect for our family. Pool was clean, house clean, well stocked. Nice neighborhood with two small grass areas in community to walk our puppy. Overall I would rate this home 10/10!!! Anna, thank you again for opening your home to strangers. Hope to stay here again soon. If you have any other properties, Id love to know so we may visit those in the near future."
