Your dream desert escape awaits! This spacious 3-bedroom home is designed for families, friends, and sports-goers to relax and unwind.

Bedroom 1 – King Canopy bed, ensuite bathroom, 55" RokuTV, black-out curtains and peaceful vibes
Bedroom 2 – King bed, 55" Roku TV, black-out curtains and perfect for a restful night’s sleep
Bedroom 3 – Full-over-queen bunk, 55" Roku TV, black-out curtains - perfect for families and kids

Cozy Living Room – Kick back with plenty of seating for the whole family, a large 65" Roku TV, and plenty of space to gather

Game Room – Challenge your crew to a round of pool or enjoy fun games

Private Pool – Take a dip, soak up the sun, and enjoy the desert breeze. Pool heating is optional for an extra fee at $70 per night min of 2 nights, best for the cooler months (October–May) when the water needs a little warmth. The fee covers the high energy costs we pay to keep it cozy, Pool is heated from 85-87 degrees from 10am to 7pm. Let us know if you’d like to include it or have any questions! Spa heating is complimentary for 2 hours.

Pets - We love our furry friends. Additional pet fees apply at $150 for 1 and $250 for 2 maximum If bringing dogs, please let us know. One of our team members has severe allergies so we need to prepare in advance.

We’ve made check-in hassle-free with a smart lock – no keys, no stress! You'll receive a unique code before arrival so you can come and go as you please.

Kindly note: The side yard and side entrance are reserved for vendors and team members only and are off-limits to guests due to the unfurnished area. Please use the main entrance. Thank you!

Please note: Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times while using the pool and spa. Use of pool, spa and other amenities is at your own risk. Our home includes pool alarms on all sliding doors to help families keep little ones safe. Pool heating is optional with a fee.

Traveling with young kids? We provide a Pack 'n Play and high chair for your convenience. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, guests must bring their own crib sheets and other baby items.

Desert Winds & Dust
Even though the house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay, desert dust can settle quickly-- especially after windy days. Please help us by keeping doors and windows closed when not in use. This keeps the A/C running efficiently and helps minimize dust and debris inside the home.

Umbrellas and other yard furnitures
A quick note on desert winds: It gets pretty breezy out here! To keep our umbrellas safe (and off the neighbors' patios), please close them completely and lay them flat whenever they aren't in use. We also kindly ask that you place the covers back on the outdoor furniture after use; this helps keep the desert dust at bay and ensures everything stays clean for your next time outside. We appreciate your help!

Natural Wildlife
While the home is professionally cleaned and maintained with regular pest control, this is still the desert-- you may occasionally see bugs or critters, especially if doors are left open or food is left out. Keeping things sealed and tidy helps!

We may occasionally rearrange decor or make small updates to improve guest comfort-- thanks for your understanding! Please do not move items without checking with us first. Thank you.

Please note that pool, pest and gardening services may occur before, during, or after your stay, as needed, to maintain a great experience for your getaway and future guests. Be aware that these services could take place during your visit to ensure everything remains perfect.

This is a home, not a hotel: Our property is a private residence, thoughtfully prepared for your stay. Any unauthorized guests or pets found on the property will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, and you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
