"The Mint was very clean. The queen bed upstairs was very hard as others stated. Maybe a mattress topper needed. Sheets and towels need replacing. "

"Had a great view of the lake and easy to park your boat. I would recommend some non stick pot and pans. Eric was super helpful. Our rental buddies were awesome neighbors. Fishing was a bit hard but fun. Never saw a hail storm in June it was crazy. Thank you for the memories. "

"John and Dianne are wonderful hosts. We ve returned for 4 years running. The cabin is simple and clean. Pet friendly which is why we return. Little things like -the mints and the Coffee / simple kitchen provisions well stocked. The little outer room lets us keep the bikes out of the weather. Close enough for a day over the bridge --and a simple drive to H. Springs or over to Petoskey. We LOVE the Petoskey Brewery and the North West Bike trail. Chances are very good we'll be back."

"Great location, easy to get to many local destinations. There is a great pie shop a few steps down the road. Beds were comfortable and home had lots of room for groups."

"The stay was very good. We were in the area for a softball tournament and it fit our families needs very well. The goodies on the table were a nice touch and being able to use some of the refrigerator items helped. I would recommend this house to anybody staying in the area."

"This was our second year gathering at the Larks Lake Lodge and yet again it did not disappoint. Winter or summer, It’s a perfect fit for large groups or families. The kids love the paddle boat and room to play both outside and in. "

"Enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Great spot on the water. Since it has a dock, we were able to rent a pontoon from Ryde marina and keep it for multiple days. Close to everything! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and all fit fine. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The 2 queen rooms on the lake side did not have air conditioning but they had multiple fans through the house to use. The two bedrooms on the opposite side each had a window air unit. We were in the area visiting family and would definitely...
