Beautiful Cabin and Great Location
We had a really great time in Tahoe, the property was clean and just as described with plenty of room for our large group. Slight inconvenience we weren't able to enjoy the backyard because the sprinklers turned on every morning making it too muddy and the yard maintenance crew actually came during the middle of the day during our stay mowing and using blowers for an hour or so. It would have been nice to get a heads up as we were enjoying the deck outside when they showed up.

Spacious
House was spacious,. Maybe it is the times, yet i did expect kleenexes, sponges (there was one used one) and a back up of paper towels. It was an active stay so i did not contact thr lister who had been very helpful. Still would recommend...

Awesome Tahoe Getaway
This is a great property and we really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, the property is very spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to enjoy a visit to Lake Tahoe!

Great Location and very spacious
This place was perfect for our four families. Four couples had their own rooms and there was space for a girls room and a boys room. We also appreciated the level driveway and ample parking. We spent most of our time around the huge island in the kitchen. The house was close enough to the beach for a quick walk and close enough to Diamond Peak that drop offs and pick ups were a breeze.

Great cabin/house and in a great location.
The house was very clean and had everything you'd want in a rental house. Kitchen well stocked. All restrooms stocked with towels and toiletries. Very close to a great hike that will give you breathtaking views of the lake.

We might move to scenic Tahoe!
The Tramhouse is comfortable and cozy. Delicious meals were easily created in the beautifully rustic kitchen and outdoor grill. Grandchildren frequently ate their meals around the huge island. Our family of sixteen enjoyed every second in this spacious cabin! We loved the accessibility of trails, shopping and quaint eateries. The back yard is lovely, too, and completely fenced in. Our stay in Tramhouse ranks #1 in our annual vacation memories!

Grand Cabin, Great Location
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Tramway Lodge. The home is grand yet cozy, affording both privacy and spacious common areas. It was clean and well cared for, with comfortable furniture and decor. Most of the bedrooms were quite large, and even the smallest were still more than adequate in size. The beds were neither too firm nor too soft, very comfortable. It was nice having plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of hot water. Water pressure was average but good enough. The kitchen was nicely designed, attractive, and well-stocked with cookware, glassware, utensils, etc... And the bronze counters were beautiful and easy to clean. The outdoor BBQ worked great. The large livingroom with its large stone fireplace was a nice place to gather in the evening (the listing says bring your own firewood, but we found a couple of firelogs already there when we arrived...assumed the property management company supplied them). The location, just across the highway from Tunnel Creek, was very convenient for walking, hiking, biking, dining, and many more activities found in Incline Village. Unfortunately, the Incline public beach was closed, but the beach at Sand Harbor was open, and just two miles down the road. As for booking this rental, Sue at the property management company was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Very smooth process making reservations and getting checked in. 10:00 a.m. check-out seemed a little earlier than some places, but the place is so big, I'm sure they need the extra time to clean it thoroughly. Great place to stay for a family vacation - and being dog friendly was a nice bonus!

Tahoe Family Vacation
We enjoyed a family reunion (12 people) over July 4th. The house was even nicer than the pictures - with plenty of space to gather and plenty of space to have alone time (important with a big group). And the location is absolutely primo - right in the middle of things but still quiet. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great place for a family reunion
The property was great as described with a couple of exceptions. The hot tub off the master was a jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom--not big enough for more than 1 person. We had hoped for a family hot tub. The kitchen almost fully equipped. It was missing large baking pans and measuring spoons/cups needed for cooking meals for a large family group. Location was ideal.

The cabin by the lake for my daughter’s wedding
What a cabin! Best Vrbo my family has ever stayed at hands down. Pictures do not show how grand this cabin is but it was still so warm and cozy. We didn’t want to leave. Boyd and Sue were very helpful and we had no issue with checkin. The place was clean, all the beds were firm but comfortable. Everything was there we needed to enjoy our daughters wedding at the Chateau at Incline. Thank you so much letting us stay at this special place.

Beautiful house well-kept and pleasant neighborhood. We all enjoyed it in many different ways!!
I had no issues at all. Check-in was great and the property manager was easy to get a hold of. Even after we left we thought we might’ve left something behind and the property manager helped by sending someone to check but we were unable to locate the items which we feel we might have accidentally thrown in the garbage.

The cabin was beautiful. It had everything we need. however, a snow shovel would have been nice since we got snowed in. It was the the worst storm in 30 years. Everybody enjoyed a White Christmas.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone - beautiful home, great location, amazing floor plan with plenty of room for large family. We came for a wedding and could not have been more pleased- amazing doesn’t even summarize this place!!!

Beautiful home,lots of space
We were in Tahoe for a family wedding,the house was mostly well equipped for cooking and there was plenty of space for everyone. My only complaint was we had to ask for an iron(which arrived at the door very quickly)never got an ironing board,and the house did not have any beach chairs(all our family and friends staying in other places did… The outside furniture was great too and we spent a couple of evenings using the awesome BBQ.. All in all a great stay,but it should be for the money being spent.

This house is fantastic. The location is superb.
This home is very large, easily accommodated large families or friends and room to spread out. There are two dining areas which were not mentioned anywhere or in anyone else’s’ reviews. It was super clean, check in was easy. We LOVED the fenced in backyard for privacy and for the pooches. There was one odd moment when a car drove by on the court behind the backyard three times and took a video/photo of us sitting on the back deck. The refrigerator definitely needs to be repaired, the seal would not allow the door to shut if the door shelf was too full, which was annoying. Other than that, the place is great and we will be back!

Tramway Lodge is large and beautiful. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. Having a fenced yard was great for our pups. The cabin is very much like staying at a hotel. It’s missing a few comforts of home but other than that it was. Great trip.

Great for family n friends
The property is large and has tons of spaces for gatherings like living room,kitchen. Spacious bedrooms, multi-level rooms helped with bit of privacy if needed. Excellent wi-fi for everyone's needs. Quiet neighborhood, short walks for hiking trails, lake. We stayed in the winter and there was no issues with water heating or the heating with entire house. The refigerator may need a new seal but not too inconvenient. Short drive to grocery, gas, restaurants made it convenient as well. Check-in process was easy and smooth with the e-locks. The house has plenty of room for adults n kids. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a family cabin!
We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. Plenty of sleeping for our large family, we had three generations under one roof and enjoyed every minute. Multi- level cabin helped contain noise from little ones and allowed separate families to gather in rooms to converse, watch tv or play games. Great WiFi connection and great TV options for the evenings. Short walk to great views of the lake. Close to grocery and short drives to touristy fun stuff. We enjoyed playing in the snow and the wood-burning fireplace. Would highly recommend for large families or reunions- kitchen and seating accommodated all and water heater kept up with the 16 in our group.

Great house, comfy couches, needs some maintenance
Very comfortable house with lots of seating in the living areas, great for families. The log cabin effect goes throughout and it’s really cool . The place needs some things fixed though: the grill on the back porch is built-in and has such promise, but the heating stones and burners are in bad shape and in need of replacement. The refrigerator needs a new seal as it’s very hard to keep things cool and the freezer isn’t cold enough to keep ice cream solid. There’s a trash compactor in the kitchen that is sketchy to use and the garbage disposal makes a ton of noise but doesn’t grind super well. The place is otherwise well equipped and convenient to Incline Village and the state park and the new hiking / biking trail to Hidden Beach.

Beautiful home in a great area.
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, walking paths right off the property, close drive to great beaches, restaurants, etc. Check-in process requires a stop at the property management office to pick up keys, which is somewhat inconvenient. Seems rather odd that a property of this caliber wouldn’t have an e-lock. Nonetheless, responsive property manager and wonderful property overall. Look forward to returning.
