"Parking, while convenient, is pretty tight. Need more spaces when full. Had to park pretty far from front and no spaces near room.
My biggest complaint is the pillows. Not at all comfortable! Made it difficult to sleep."
"My family and I loved the location, as it wasn't directly in the city but was close enough to get to. Many dining options close by and it was a quite hotel. When ever we come back to New Orleans we will be staying here.Thank you for the great service."

When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
