"GREAT place to stay, we have stayed here atleast 4-5 occasions and it’s always good, The staff super friendly with Hasina taking care of us along with her staff. Rooms are clean and with plenty of space for family of 4-5. Huge pool and they just opened a chill restaurant at the hotel w/drinks available for all. "Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package. Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag.
