Mas no seu check-out eles se negaram a entregar qualquer comprovante do reembolso desse valor. Os quartos são velhos, hotel precisa de manutenção. Não voltaríamos. "

"Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package. Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag. "Breakfast is included which was a huge array of different foods and you could bring small Tupperware to take some “extras to-go” to munch on later! ;) The water snakes are NOT poisonous. Staff is great and helpful. There was an adult pool tha seemed more for Seniors. The main pool was nice, even with the week-behaved kids for the adults to hang out at with the swim up bar. "A great family resort (the best on the coral coast) and one of the few in Fiji that genuinely caters for toddlers right through to teenagers. Big points for the free nanny service during breakfast, and for not counting teens as adults until 17 - unlike most resorts who make the switch at 12. Would I come here if I didn’t have kids? No. But if you’re looking for somewhere to stay on the coral coast with kids - this is the place."
