"We were 'very disappointed' with our Frangapani Room, the bathroom was horrible, looked dirty, grout was mouldy, there were stains on the paper thin duvet covers, no phone, a broken power point and the outdoor bath/shower was not inviting at all! A real shame!!"

"Estou na recepção a mais de 1 hora e meia esperando atendimento. Pois quando você chega ao hotel é informado que precisa fazer um depósito de $400 dólares por diária. Mas no seu check-out eles se negaram a entregar qualquer comprovante do reembolso desse valor. Os quartos são velhos, hotel precisa de manutenção. Não voltaríamos. "
