"Our room was a studio suite on 3rd floor. Our air conditioner was dropping such much water that there was a small pool on the floor. On the third time to try to have it fixed, we finally agreed with the maintenance guy to shut it down and not use it. The kitchen area, stove top (greasy)and appliances blender and coffee machine were NOT clean. Had to leave a note for housekeeping. "The hotel hit all the marks for what our family was wanting. Its a neat layout, the staff were all so friendly! For us we've been to PV alot.. so we knew it was okay we weren’t on the beach, the shuttle was fast and we didnt have to wait much, once down at the beach the food and drinks along with the service were awesome! The buffet food was so so but thata resort food, we never went hungry the chicken and beef fajitas were my fav, along with the japanese fancy dinner! This hotel was like no...
