"Mayanne was very friendly and very attentive. Access to the property (through the lot of the adjacent gas station) and parking were tight, but workable. Breakfast consisted of croissants, toast, yogurt, milk, orange juice, coffee and hot water served on a cart Mayanne left at our door with a knock. An assortment of cold cereals and some fruit were available on tables in the small hallway we shared with other guests. The room was cozy and the shower was the smallest we've used, but the only...

"From the moment I was on this property I knew this is where I was meant to be. I was only there for one night, although when I return to South Uist I will certainly stay longer. The Breakfast was outstanding, the knowledge of the area from the owner and how helpful he was, was refreshing. This property and management is a 10 out of 10 for me. See you when I return :)"

"Host was friendly. Free parking was provided. Close to town.
Walk in shower was a bonus however the size of it was too small. Had to shower with the door open.
Sloped ceilings in the room, bathroom and staircase were a hazard for tall people.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Continental breakfast was provided."

"No issues welcoming hosts very clean ideal for my short stay while I was working on the island but equally as good for anyone talking a short hiking break or similar would recommend and be more than happy to stay when I return next year"
