"We were welcomed at the door and shown to our well-appointed apartment. Spectacular views from the Castle across Stornoway harbour, and a very comfortable stay. Management are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Recommend the Castle cafe downstairs for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves."

"This was a magical place to stay. I loved the standalone bath and the log burning stove. The views were incredible. I loved the touches of board games being available in the rooms and we enjoyed a game of Scrabble. The room felt like pure luxury and the taste in furniture and decor was impeccable - loved the tartan blanket company throw. We will definitely be back for a future special occasion!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! It was very easy to find, staff were very communicative, and it was convenient to everything I wanted to do. Most of all, it was extremely quiet and peaceful, with an unbeatable view every morning. "Chegámos já de noite, e os quartos tinham a janela aberta. Com a temperatura a quase zero e fraco aquecimento, os quartos não chegaram a aquecer. Na sala do pequeno almoço alguém antes de nós tinha entornado leite ao servir-se. O hotel não tem funcionários presentes, e não havendo nada para limpar, com todos os hóspedes a pisar aquela zona, ficou tudo rapidamente sujo."
