"The Iris was exactly what I needed, except maybe the car carousel. Technically, my vehicle fits on the SUV carousel, but not really. That was frustrating, especially since I slightly damaged my door. User error. The location of The Iris is perfect. Just off the highway and a few blocks from the famous King Street. This is downtown/old town Charleston, so you might feel a little uneasy if you aren't familiar with being downtown in a city. However, The Iris has its own tall gate system that...

"loved this rustic beach getaway. BED so comfortable, shower great and VERY close to downtown and pier! Only 3 suggestions…leave instructions on how to lock the door with keypad, put in description that the fridge has no freezer and leave instructions on how to locate the walking path to the beach! We brought freezer items with no way to keep frozen. No big deal, just didn’t know how to plan. Will be back!!!"

"The place was sooooo beautiful! We had a great time, only think we didnt enjoy was the huge palmeto bug on front porch, but thats not something you can control. The home was so bery well equipped from furniture to bedding ti the kitchens it was amazing. We loved that it was very close to the shopping street and the bagel company just down the street was a amazing. The whole house in general was great ! Getting in was very easy if id visit charleston again which i probably will i will consider...

"Great location and wonderful property! Centrally located on King Street, it was fun looking out the windows and seeing people walking around. It was easy to walk everywhere from this location. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The linens were clean, good air conditioning in the summer heat, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The parking spot was very convenient right outside the door. Great property, definitely recommend!"

"Exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed staying here and the location was great; close to King Street and the beaches. It was great having a shaded parking space. You do need a second person to help pull out of the driveway as cars are parked along the road and you can’t see around them. Be careful pulling out onto the road. "
