"The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location with the dock. We were able to bring our boat, fish, and crab. It was incredibly relaxing! The neighbors were extremely nice and very helpful!"

"Really enjoyed our time here. The outdoor space in the back was great with the swing and the fire pits. Our kids loved walking to the beach everyday and catching crabs. "

"This was one of our favorite vacations as a family and a huge part of that was the property and home. It is hard to ask for any more than a beautiful home with plenty of space and a property that allows for beach lounging and kayaking.It was a great trip for our pets, as well, who loved playing in the yard and in the sand. They also kept an eye on the family of deer that regularly walked through the yard.The owner was great as well, responding to messages quickly and there were no issues...

"I booked this house for the property, the backyard, the dock, and it didn't disappoint. It's also about 20 mins from the main town (Cambridge) which was exactly what we wanted - a break from crowds and the bustle. We had such a relaxing few days just reading, fishing from the dock, and kayaking. We were four people, but this would easily fit two families. A wonderful stay overall."

"House was as described. Includes access to two private beaches, which is a must in this area. Kids came for sharks teeth and did not leave disappointed. "

"This home sits right on the water! It is beautiful! We watched ships roll by, ducks bobbing on the water, and flocks of geese flying and landing on the water. The view from both lower and upper decks are amazing! We spent lots of time on the decks even though it was cold - we just covered ourselves with blankets. "This was an extension of our original 4-day stay. We had so much wonderful and fun time that we stayed an extra day. The owners Rob and Clarissa were the best host!"

"We had some Beautiful and calm days in a nice House with all you Need for nice days. We loved the Crab House with all These fun things like Billards. We Catched crabs and cooked them, very Tasty! "

"Property is the best of both worlds. It is fairly remote with plenty of wildlife to see, deer, toads and of corse birds and ocean creatures, but also close enough to plenty of restaurants, bars, stores and historical sites. The house is quite nice and on a dead end road, which provided my family with a great place the enjoy the last stop on our vacation, relax and play cards together by the waters edge. I would recommend carefully watching any kids that want to go for a swim, as this is...

"We enjoyed this beautiful house and property! We loved being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock. The house was really spacious and well equipped. Loved the game room, pool, hot tub, and screened-in porch! A few minor negatives: WiFi wasn't great, pool heater wasn't working so the water was pretty cold, and one of the showers wasn't usable due to a major leak. Over all, though, this place was ideal for our large family, and we would stay here again."

Trevor, the homeowner was accessible for answering questions or taking care of any issues.
