"The code i was sent did not open the keypad. There was a padlock with a space key but i did not get a code to that. I called customer service which kept me on hold for over an hour. Meanwhile i was outside and temperatura had dropped significally which made matters worst. Once i got a code and entered the property I wanted to take a hot shower but the shower had no water pressure. A small cold trickle came out which was not ideal. "

"The location of this unit is perfect for the Siesta Key Beach and Village. The trolley stop and grocery store are just up the street. The unit was well appointed with linens and appliances. The pool was delightfully warm. The host was attentive. We had a nice stay. Kathleen"
