This single-story home is perfect for multigenerational families, offering ease and comfort for everyone. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house sleeps up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom (The Orange Room) boasts a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms (The Whale Room, The Yellow Room, and The Pink Room) provide comfortable queen-sized beds and ample storage.

House Rules:
– Quiet Hours 10pm-8am: This is a peaceful retreat meant for those who appreciate nature and quiet relaxation—please respect our quiet hours and our neighbors.
– No smoking
– Pet friendly with a $75 per pet fee (2 max)
– No events, parties, or large gatherings
– Must be at least 25 years old to book
– Additional fees and taxes may apply
– Photo ID may be required upon check-in
– Minut Noise detectors are installed inside and the outside the property due to this being a residential neighborhood. If noise levels are above 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes the guest will be in violation of our house rules and could be asked to vacate the property
– Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is a Ring doorbell located next to the front door facing out towards the front entry area. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras record sound and video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay
– This property features 2 noise monitors, one inside and one outside the home. These devices do not record sound (or video), they only monitor noise levels
– Please note that all cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee, regardless of the timing of cancellation. This fee helps cover non-refundable charges from payment processors. The rest of your refund will be issued based on our cancellation policy.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay.
