"Our condo was just as described. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The third floor was the perfect height to be able to see the entire view of the ocean. I would just like to add it was fairly expensive and for what we paid they did not offer complimentary chairs and umbrellas as did the condos directly on either side of us did. We were not aware of this until our reservations were complete. Luckily we called and found out they did not offer them, we were able to bring our own, verses...

"Photos are accurate. Its a nice little place Two things immediately struck us one the elevator is slow with zero ventilation. We ended up taking the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe. The second was who ever cleans probably needs to be taught to clean or needs to be replaced. The unit smelt like stagnant fish. Specifically the bathroom. We did a quick clean and kept the bathroom fan running during our stay to make the smell tolerable. Over all it was a nice place"

"If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Fort Walton Beach that’s clean and has relatively easy access to the beach, this is your place. This is one condo of an eight multi-family unit that provides access to a decent pool and a hot tub. This is a no-thrills place. It’s very simple and has what you need for a nice getaway. "Had a great time mere paces from the boardwalk to the beach. My wife and I would definitely stay again. Only concern was the lack of coffee pods for the Keurig, soap for the shower, only two toilet tissue rolls, and no assigned parking spaces"

"Perfect location to the beach and plenty of parking. We stayed in Studio A next to the bar and the kitchen noise starting at 7am wasn’t a problem bc we brought a box fan for white noise. We stayed 8 days and sofa bed was okay. Overall this place was clean and new, we would love to stay here again."
