"Fantastic beach view from balcony. Watched sunrise and sunset drinking coffee on the balcony.Be advised there is one set of 15 steps to get to the 2nd floor. We are 65 so that was a challenge.....but well worth it. Beach access is down the steps ( yup the. Same ones) and around the buiding and across a short bridge. A couple of "i gotta stop" and "almost theres" and you are on THE beach. Best part is no keys to keep up with on the beach as you have an electronic lock code for access. Fluffy...

"We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes.
