"The property set the bar for a relaxing, yet engaging, vacation. The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water. A swift walk to the beach for another adventure directly across from the hotel set the tone for a day of fun I. The sun. We will be back. "

"Everything was great, but the renovations left the property a bit dirty. Paint, scaffolding, etc. When the renovations are done, I am sure this property will pop. The pool area was AMAZING and the large beach front was PERFECT too. The porches were really big too! "

"We had a lovely stay! The house was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We liked the layout with a kitchen and living room on each floor. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was fantastic. Communication was great. 10/10 stay all around! "

"We had a little difficulty checking in with the door code. We made contact with the manager and things were remedied quickly. The place was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the location right on the lazy river and the end unit was nice for quieter lounging on the balcony. We have stayed in Miramar for years…and believe we are shifting are peaceful place to Destin West. The bay, lazy river and location to the beach were excellent for each one of our family members. "We were on the 15th floor yet the elevator came in a timely manner-any kind of Hiccups w/ the Doors or Codes were answered Quickly when we called for Assistance. The Condo was Very Clean and Refreshing. We had a Great Experience and Definitely would come back."

"EXCEEDED expectations! Not only was the property exactly as described but the owner provided so many extras…beach chairs, beach wagons, beach towels, floats, corn hole, binoculars, bicycles, fully-equipped kitchen, and even two full size refrigerators in the kitchen. Beach access was a 3-minute walk. And we thoroughly enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. I also loved that you had a great view of the ocean AND the Santa Rosa sound from the balconies. We are already planning another...

"Although this is an older property, it had every comfort and convenience. For us the old Florida feel made it more homey and enjoyable. Perfect for large groups and multigenerational family gatherings. The game room and outdoor seating brought all ages together! And lots of privacy for elders and teens. Dave and Tim were very responsive and helpful. Location ideal to walk to beach, launch kayaks or drive or ride the bicycles to dining and shopping. We had a wonderful stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The pools and kid areas were perfect!! the condo was on the beach so hauling all of our gear wasn’t a large task! The room was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the toys and wagon that was available in our room to use for our stay! Only issue was the washer and dryer smelt like cigarette smoke leaving our clothes with a smoky smell to them. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic! You can’t beat the view and convenience! However, the housekeeping service could definitely be improved. It was very basic, mostly limited to changing towels and making the bed. Don’t expect a full cleaning during your stay. Also, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not provide beach service. While beach chairs and umbrellas are available, they need to be rented separately, which was a bit disappointing. Great location, but a few service upgrades would make a big difference."

"Muito caro para o que oferece. Ambiente barulhento. Não houve limpeza do quarto ou troca de toalhas em toda a estadia. Na saída, esperei cerca de 10 minutos para o checkout e não apareceu funcionário na recepção. Tive de deixar as chaves na mesa da recepção e ir embora sem atendimento."
