"We really enjoyed our stay. The property actually looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. There were grills conveniently located throughout the property, plenty of lighting at night, a nice pool, and a great park area for families. "There was no one on site, all through text messages. Room was clean. It is expected that you wash towels/washcloths as needed. We were provided 4 towels/washcloths and 2 hand towels for a 6 night stay, 2 trial size shampoo/conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper (we had to go buy our own). They ask you keep the thermostat at 74 - a little warm for me so we ended up getting a fan as we could not get the ceiling fans to go past low speed. The condo is in a great location though! "Pros: Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping. Comfy bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was nice to have a fenced in yard for the pups. Cons: Shower went from freezing to burning hot on 10 seconds. No specific parking so had to do street parking in front on home. "

"The pictures on the website make the rental property appear much bigger and does not mention that it is actually a duplex. The door code would not work so, I had to call to get someone to let me in. The staff personnel I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Although pet-friendly, which is a plus, the backyard needed to be mowed and was full of stickers. Therefore, I could not use it to take my dog outside. It wasn't the worst, but definitely not what I expected."
