"The breakfast was non existent, only made enough for a handful of people. Tiles in the ceiling were missing. Door to laundry room was broke off the hinges. Our bathroom door could not close properly because of the uneven floor. Only one bath towel for a family of four. Stains on the pillows. In room 216, the occupants were locked in there room. I walked by the hotel employees trying to broke off the electric door lock to get them out."

"The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee.
