"The property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone. With extra space for the kids to break away from the boring adults. Check in process was very easy. Clean and comfortable at a very affordable rate. Will keep this location on my list for the next time we're visiting Charleston area. "

"We got in late and only stayed one night due to car troubles, but the one night we stayed was wonderful. Clean and cute room. Close to the beach and restaurants. Extra towels provided for pool/beach use was nice (even though we couldn't use them). I do wish this room came with a parking space. It was sad that out of all the rooms, this one and only one other did not have a parking space allocated. "

"This apartment was the perfect size and accommodation for my daughter and I for our quick trip to Isle of Palms Beach. Only a few minutes away at a good value."

"The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Folly Beach. It's also close to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. Great communication with the owners and they even stopped by to drop off dishwasher detergent as they had forgotten to stock it. It was a great vacation and it's very difficult to beat this place ."

"Excellent Beachfront property. House is great. Kitchen supply cookware and dishes was perfect. LOVED having 2 refrigerators!"

"Absolutely loved this place. So well decorated and outfitted with wonderful amenities. Beds were VERY comfortable (so key when you're traveling) and the bathrooms were both newly decorated. Great supplies in the kitchen, which we didn't use, but much nicer than many vacation rentals. So nice to have a washer and dryer, too. Parking can be a little challenging, but we worked it out. Would definitely recommend."

"We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect — just a short walk to downtown King Street and right in the middle of everything. The check-in process was super easy, and communication with the hosts was quick and smooth the entire time. The place itself was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable spot in the heart of the city!"

"Loved the home and location. Folly Beach is so peaceful with not too much commercialization but close enough to Charleston if that is your thing."

"The property was easy to access, and onsite parking off the street was great! We were close to restaurants, a great coffee shop (sightsee), and our friend who we were visiting. Highly recommend this property! Also the communication by YOURPAD was on point."

"The home is tucked in an area with a private drive and great parking space. Water pressure great. HVAC amazing. Beds amazing. Communication amazing. Kitchen has all the space we needed for 8. The balcony with 3 different access points upstairs was perfect for our group. Would stay here again.Amazing food nearby."

"Great place to stay tucked back off of King Street close to everything you'd need to kick off a day in Charleston. Nice secluded rooftop and comfortable bedroom and living room. Booked for 2, and would've been comfortable for that many, but absolutely perfect for just one person. Communication with the host was very responsive, informative and helpful. Definitely added to the faves."
