"This is THE perfect place to stay if you're attending shows at the Bank NH Pavilion!!!! We saw 3 different shows the week we were there and it's literally only a 3 minute walk through a concert path right from Misty Harbor. This unit is great because it's a corner unit, so more windows and light. We didn't use the sofa bed, but they could use a new one as it wasn't very comfortable to sit on, but it's the perfect style for the place (it's not the one in the photo, it's an updated one with a...

"Great location, specially for concerts or enjoying the beach. Some road noise."

"Place is great, 10mins to NH bank pavilion for concerts. Super clean and host responds within minutes!"

"No way does this deserve a 10/10 rating. It’s fairly terrible and not deserving such a favorable rating. The pluses - great location, right on the lake. Adirondacks at sunset was heavenly. "I liked that it was close to the pavilion and had a nice view. The property looked nice for early season. It was loud this weekend due to bike week. I had a small issue with the entry as I didn’t see at first the electronic key pad and was trying to open the master lock key box. As I was only able to communicate by e mail there was no short term communication help available"

"Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend."
