"This was a very cute condo! Not too gard to find. Beds were super comfortable! Everything was very clean ( cleaner than any other rental property I have stayed at (Im a housecleaner)). The building was very quiet. They had snacks for us and provided all cooking stuff needed, full fridge and freezer, a/c works great, plenty of lighting. All of the pre-arrival and pre- departure instructions were easy and simple to follow! I woyld absolutely dray here again! The only complaint I had was that the...

"The house and location were amazing! Kurt was so helpful throughout. The house is minutes walking distance to Weirs beach bars and the direct oceanfront living was great for the 4th of July holiday weekend! We loved time by the pool, the guys enjoyed cornhole, and we loved the staff at the poolside tiki bar! Only inconvenience was the need to bring your own sheets blankets pillows—made packing a bit more strenuous. Would still come back, despite! Thanks again, Kurt & Sarah!"

"The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away."

"Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!"

"Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay."

"Great family vaca! House and lake were amazing. Host was also great responded to all questions. Can’t wait to stay again"

"The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back"

"I would love to rent again. The space was enough for the number of guests allowed. Enclosed porch, deck, grill, and fire pit by the water were used daily. Water level is great for kids and water toys like floats and paddle boards. If it’s windy the water might be a little choppy but nothing major. Great view of the sun setting over the mountains. I really enjoyed my stay. "
