Smallish living area/kitchen so good for just 4 people; we were 2 couples. Host communication was really great- very responsive and thorough. Hot tub was sooooo clean, perfect for the days end. I could see how in the middle of the summer, it would be quite busy and may not be quite as relaxing. But we enjoyed our stay very much!! It was nice how it was close to town but not so close that there were people everywhere. "
