"Our stay at this property on Sanibel Island was mixed. There were a few positives - the beds were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had the basics to cook meals. The TV setup was fine too.However, there were several serious issues that made the stay disappointing. The biggest concern was that a rat was living in the only grill, making it completely unusable (in addition to not having any gas) and raising sanitation concerns. "Absolutely an adorable home that has a lovely beach decor. The setup is very pet friendly with fenced yards. The location is close to everything! Our host was lovely, very informative and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this if you travel with pets. "
