"Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. "Had everything one would need for a few nights stay. Plenty of extra towels and blankets, the ac was nice and cold when needed and the space was clean. Nice, quiet surrounding area with a Walmart and a gas station within walking distance. Need transportation for night life in the downtown area. Definitely could have used some black out curtains on some of the windows throughout the space. "

"From the moment we walked in at Villagoona, we felt at home! This is hands-down the best vacation rental we have stayed at. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying both the pool and lanai, which are even better than in the pictures. We fished every day, and caught snapper, jack, and other fish! "Wonderful experience. The city itself is a paradise, and this hotel is in one of the best locations. Despite its size, the hotel has a great atmosphere. The suite is very good, with a wonderful balcony. It has some minor renovations to work on, but doesn’t affect the experience. The pool is great and the pathway to the beach is memorable. Loved it."
