"We always enjoy our time there. The front desk people are always helpful and maintenance responds quickly. The lobbies on the ground and first floors are very inviting. We love the pool and spa area plus Flippers Restaurant serves us at the pool. Our condo was very clean and well stocked. "

"This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. "Third time staying in Sanibel. This hotel (or Inn) is amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is amazing. Huge space, nice kitchen and supplies, balcony with a lot of chairs and table to sit and relax. King size bed was great and bathroom has 2 sinks - identical as photos. They offer 1 covered parking spot (in the summer or raining season, this make a difference). The Inn is right at the beach, in a private and nice place at Sanibel - away from the public beach area. "I loved the ease of check in however I didn’t hear back from the host after I sent several messages. Then I learned she was out of the country. "Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. "O hotel tem uma vibe muito boa, com música ao vivo alguns dias, piscina gostosa. Quarto bem completo, com cozinha completa, mesa para quatro pessoas e sofá, com camas confortáveis, bem decorado e muito limpo. 2 pontos a melhorar, o ar condicionado muito barulhento e o café da manhã podia ser melhor, apesar de ser bem comum em relação aos cafés da manhã dos outros hotéis. Tem lavanderia fora do quarto que não é cobrada. Vale muito a pena e fica perto da praia. Apenas 5 minutos de carro. "
