"My husband and I spent our 21st wedding anniversary in paradise. There was a problem with our initial room but the response from the resort was prompt professional and surpassed our expectations. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. "Fantastic hotel!! We were very well received by the staff, very polite and helpful. Very clean hotel, delicious breakfast with many options. Some restaurants within the resort, with Italian, Indian and Viatnamite food. Very close to the airport. In short, we are very satisfied with everything!!"

"I stayed here before COVID. On this second stay, the hotel did show some wear and tear, but overall, the room is still quite clean. The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. Some of unregistered guests even venture into the hotel/pool area - very unsafe. I hate that the hotel allows people to kayak right on the beach where swimmers are - also unsafe. At breakfast, the...
