If staying in warmer months bring a fan for air circulation, there was an issue with the AC system but property management was very prompt in sending someone out. "Great rental house for the 4 of us! Location was perfect, not far from the beach & close to all the town shops/restaurants ect... At night we enjoyed the enclosed yard for the kids to play & we were able to hook up our projector to watch movies at night. "

"Everything was so amazing. The location was conveniently near the beach, food, and shopping. The cottage was so cute and plenty of room. The private pool was loved by every member of my family. They used it every evening. This was kind of a last minute vacation idea for our family this year but we would absolutely stay here again. We made a trip to the aquarium in Corpus Christi. Well worth the price! A real gem!!"
