"I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. She also denied us a first floor and have us two rooms in the 2nd floor all the way in the back. My group is over 62 years old and we had...

"First know this property is across from the beach, depending on your room you might see the ocean. There is only one elevator for staff and visitors very inconvenient. The exercise room very small with too much stuff in it. Parking is $20 per day. I felt the rooms was tidy but definitely not clean."

"The breakfast was non existent, only made enough for a handful of people. Tiles in the ceiling were missing. Door to laundry room was broke off the hinges. Our bathroom door could not close properly because of the uneven floor. Only one bath towel for a family of four. Stains on the pillows. In room 216, the occupants were locked in there room. I walked by the hotel employees trying to broke off the electric door lock to get them out."

"Lovely condo with private parking. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Area was very quiet. Walked past pool but didn't go inside, looked good and clean. Beach a short distance, walkable, and very clean. Would stay with them again."

"Hot tubs been broken for months, lots of Gnats in our room. But overall, Staff was nice, shower was hot. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was noisy. You can tell if someone is staying above you. Not bad for the price, we would stay again."

"The location was super convenient with easy access to the beach, food, and shops. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfy, and the pools were great. However, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, there was significant mildew growth in the bathroom, and the Adirondack chairs on the patio were falling apart."
