"AWFUL!!! Planned a family weekend get away both nights at 2am the fire alarm went off; of course it is a cause for concern when they can’t tell you why it’s going off and it’s just a false alarm. The front desk continuously told us the first night it happened that we would not hear it again and it was a random incident; same thing the next night. We had our children terrified to go back to sleep afraid of the alarm going off again. When we talked to the front desk about what we can do about it...
