"The location of this property is awesome, between the beach and the historic district. The view from the outside deck and pool area is beautiful, and the pool is wonderful. It is shared with another unit, but we only had people in the other unit for 1 day of our stay. The unit we stayed in is small, but it was all my husband and I needed, and it is nicely done. We could have used an oven one day (which it doesn’t have), but overall the unit was great for us. The only other problem is that...

"This property is absolutely charming, and it’s a great space in a quiet neighborhood. My only feedback to the owner is to think about updating their couch and bed coverings. I would also recommend that the towels that are provide are washed the day before your guests arrivalto avoid having musty smelling towels."

"This cottage is a very short walk to beautiful St. Augustine beach and to several restaurants providing morning coffee to evening dinner. It had everything we needed plus plenty of parking. And downtown St. Augustine is just a 15-minute car ride away! Michael was a super host... responding quickly to answer any questions and to make our stay extra special."

"Wonderful stay at the Pearl. The cottage is as advertised, super cozy and loved the little details like shiplap walls, stained glass, and succulent gardens. We loved how close it was to the beach and historic St. Augustine, and loved that the beach is dog friendly as we brought our pup with us. Owners will very responsive and it’s clear they value their renters and take care of their home. Had all the basic amenities and loved the fenced in backyard! We will back!"

"This was a great little cottage. Open floor plan helped to keep it from feeling small. The community pool was just across the parking area and it was very clean. Enjoyed reading out on the back deck most days. Will definitely consider staying again."
