Tucked in the heart of the Arapaho National Forest and just minutes from the iconic St. Mary’s Glacier, this cozy cabin retreat is the perfect basecamp for mountain adventures and lakeside relaxation.

BEDROOMS
With room for everyone, this thoughtfully designed cabin offers flexible sleeping arrangements across three levels:

-Loft Bedroom (Upper Level) – An inviting open loft with a plush King bed and private ensuite bathroom. Wake up to soft mountain light and serene views.
-Bunk Area (Basement) – A fun and functional Queen/Twin bunk bed in a walk-out basement common area with a bathroom and smart TV—perfect for kids or extra guests.
-Main Floor Pullout Couch – Cozy up near the kitchen and living area with easy access to the deck and lake views.

BATHROOMS
Enjoy the convenience of 3 full bathrooms, one on each level, so there’s no waiting after a day of hiking, fishing, or boating. Each bathroom is stocked with hotel grade towels and essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—from brewing morning coffee to preparing hearty post-hike dinners.
After a day outdoors, gather in the cozy living room for classic board games by the fire or head downstairs for movie nights on the large Smart TV

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet in the basement. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

St. Mary's Glacier - Only a 10-minute walk from the cabin, the trailhead to St. Mary’s Glacier offers one of Colorado’s most iconic alpine experiences. This scenic hike winds through serene forest trails before opening up to the breathtaking St. Mary’s Lake, with the snowfield rising beyond. While technically a semi-permanent snowfield, its year-round snow and striking landscape make it a must-visit destination for nature lovers, photographers, and outdoor adventurers alike.

Seasonal Off-Roading - Just minutes from the cabin, you’ll find access to hundreds of miles of premier off-road trails. Whether you're in the mood for a scenic cruise through the backcountry or eager to tackle a more technical 4x4 challenge, there’s a trail for every skill level. Explore rugged terrain, breathtaking vistas, and the thrill of Colorado’s off-road playground—all right outside your door.

Jones Pass – A popular spot for backcountry skiing and snowshoeing in winter, and wildflower hikes in summer. Located about 26 miles from the cabin. ​

4WD vehicle required in the winter months. Our snow plow partner will be dispatched once 5"+ of snow accumulates on the roads.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•We welcome up to 2 dogs. We do not allow cats.
• Winter driving conditions exist from October through April therefore AWD or 4WD vehicles with DEDICATED SNOW TIRES is highly recommended. Most of the national car rentals do not offer snow tires so you may want to look into renting a vehicle through Turo where you can communicate with the vehicle owner to ensurer that true snow tires are on the vehicle. Our snow plow partner will deploy plows only once 5" of snow has accumulated on the roads.
• This home does not have air conditioning, due to the mild mountain climate most homes in the area do not
• Please be sure to take the provided fishing/boating passes with you to the lake
•Note that this property is located in St Mary's Glacier Colorado at an elevation of 10,000 feet. Altitude sickness can be experienced by some guests so you are encouraged to research preventative measures and check with your doctor if you have existing medical conditions that may be negatively affected by high altitudes.

✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
✔️We welcome up two to pets. If you brought a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them.

This place was magical. The property was immaculate, well stocked, and lovely. And the grounds were idlyic. We could sit out by the lake and canoe. Our kids loved playing around the trees and grounds. The place had everything we needed to cook our meals at home. There were lovely touches like a coffee station, DVDs, boardgames and kid's books. We loved it.
