Alex' house was perfect for us. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the location is top notch. We could load up the beach wagon and take the short walk to the beach. Alex was extremely accommodating with several recommendations for us.

Comfortable House in Hyannis

We enjoyed our long weekend at this well maintained and comfortable house. The beach is very close and walking into town tow explore was no problem. Our hosts provided lots of useful information about the area and were responsive when we reached out. When we visit the area again, we will be checking to see if this property is available.

Beautiful, spacious house

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious!ā€¦ this house was the perfect space for our family gathering of nine. It is well appointed, immaculate, and super comfortable. The kitchen has all you need for home cooking, and the dining table sat all of us comfortably, with room for more. We really appreciated that we could bring our dog. Highly recommend this rental!

Almost perfect !

We just returned from our Vrbo stay in Hyannis. The property is perfectly located for a morning beach walk or any walk for that matter. Clean, good size bedrooms and very well equipped. One flaw, the heating situation is way off ! Upstairs bedrooms were boiling as well as the 2 downstairs bedrooms and the kitchen, living/ dining area were cool. This made sleeping almost impossible for everyone. If the heating was not a problem I would have given this rental 5 stars.

The house was very nice and the perfect layout for our gang. The check out pricess briught some grumbles from some family membersas well as the 10 AM check out. I explained its a lot of house to clean before a new group at 4PM. A relative that lives on the Cape said the other side of Sea Street is a bit shady, which is why I gave the 4 star for location.

Great house close to the beach with great hosts

We stayed here for a weekend with another family, so a total of 6 adults and 3 kids (all below 5). It was a very short walk to the beach, which was perfect for building sandcastles, looking for shells or viewing fireworks. We had a few wonderful meals on the porch or at the main table, and the beds were all clean and soft. We've stayed in a few places on the Cape, and this house was in so much better shape than most of them. We would gladly stay here again!

Nothing But Your Clothing

It was such an incredible perk to stay at a beach property where nothing is required from you but to pack your clothing. Sheets, towels & beach towels are all provided. They also had a shed with beach chairs & an umbrella. The cleaning team inadvertently overlooked the high chair & table cloth, but they are small potatoes comparatively speaking. The kitchen is lovely & well appointed. The dining room table sat everyone comfortably. The bedrooms gave everyone privacy when needed. The number of bathrooms ensured everyone had space. And the front porch held afternoon cocktails & appetizers. In one direction you walk five minutes to a great beach, in the other itā€™s a ten minute walk into town. The intersection the house sits on is constantly busy, but again the location is convenient to everything. As hosts Alex & Valentina were attentive & kind. If youā€™re looking for space & convenience this house is perfect.

Great location with fenced in yard!

We were 7 adults and 2 children under 3 years and it was a little snug at times but having the front porch table gave us room to have meals together. The fenced in yard was a bonus for the kids to play and my dog room to run around. We loved walking to the beach and it was so close to get the kids home for a nap. Met Alex one day when he came to mow and he made sure that we knew to get ahold of him if we needed anything. We would love to stay again next year!

Great beach getaway

This was a wonderful location and house for our multi-generational getaway. We had 3 adult couples and 1 baby (and 1 aunt who crashed for an evening). The kitchen has the basics - could use a few additional things like bigger colander or dish drying rack - but overall we were so happy that it came with a pack n play and high chair, plus a wagon and chairs and beach toys that this certainly balanced out! It is a quick 5 minute walk on sidewalks to the beach, which is a nice, calm beach for children, and it's just about a 10 minute walk to town. If you don't want to walk, it's also a short drive - and sidewalks lined everything so we even found a great jogging/walking route from the house! Having the enclosed back yard with a toddler was perfect - and we loved grilling most nights. Definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our accommodation 100%, and it is near the beach. The house is well maintained and clean. Wonderful to have meal together with the kitchen and big table plus can hang out outside with two patios one with big outside table that you can barbeque and eat and one with cozy relaxing moments. An amazing vacation home!

This property is an outstanding vacation home! The house was very accommodating and had an amazing array of amenities. It was very close to a nice beach and a short drive to other attractions. The hosts were very gracious and welcoming. They were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home that is in a lovely and convenient location!
