"Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back!"

"Wonderful cottage! Has everything you need! The morning breakfasts were better than expected and you couldn’t ask for a nicer host!! "

"We loved staying here! So warm, inviting and peaceful! Our grandkids came by for a visit and enjoyed the pool with us, very special memories were made. Thank you! We would love to stay here again when we are in town!"

"We loved the fact that it was isolated away from everyone and everything and all we could hear was nature! We enjoyed the birds singing in the morning and the deer walking around us at night. The night skies are amazing with all the stars shining. We caught some rain which was perfect to watch from the wrap around porch. Only thing I’ll add is the cabin needed a full size refrigerator because I took frozen foods and they only provided a small size fridge."

"This house was perfect for our stay! It was the perfect size for two. The house was clean and has wonderful modern appliances that worked great! The host was responsive to any questions or concerns we had (we encountered an injured baby deer that we wanted to make sure was safe and taken care of). I would absolutely recommend this to house to anyone staying in Kerrville! "

"Jackie went way above and beyond to make her place a safe haven and retreat for me while volunteering. Her cottage is amazing and would be a great place for a fun trip. Words can't express what a blessing it was to come back to. The outdoor shower was amazing and the set up was so cozy and comfortable. Jackie was the best host and provided me was some extras to help with the recovery effort. I liked her place so much, I told my husband we should come back in the future just for a vacation...

You are right on the Guadalupe River with easy access to the river walk that runs beside if. There are a variety of outdoor gathering places. "The family and I loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful, cleaned, peaceful and has toiletries in case you forget something or run out. The property has a lot of space that my 2 & 4 year olds were able to ride their bikes. There were a couple of games to play and we chose to play jenga, enjoyed seeing the cars pass by while eating breakfast on the front porch, later in the day we sat on the back porch and viewed the river.
