"We live in Camp Verde and travel to and through Hunt often but have never stayed at Pigeon Roost. After months of watching everything turn brown from the drought and watching our own large pond on our property get lower and lower this was absolute paradise!! We have always loved Hunt and this is exactly what my husband needed for his birthday! It was so peaceful and so nice to unwind and recharge. "This was a great place for my husband and I to stay when we wanted to explore the Hill Country on our motorcycle. Very clean and well stocked. They thought of everything. Fresh eggs and pork sausage, corn on the cob, watermelon, fruit, veggies for the grill, drinks, coffee, you name it!!! Absolutely loved sitting on the patio in the early morning and evening watching the deer in the back yard. Cool vintage memorabilia for decoration that makes it feel so homey. WE WILL BE BACK!!!"

"Ash Creek Hideaway is a country cabin with classic southern front porch appeal and amazing wildlife but just minutes from Leaky with town convenience. The house is cute with three bedrooms, a cozy living area, a family sized table, and a well stocked kitchen. Situated just off 336, it a great entry point for any of the Sister rides. Or just sit on the porch or around the fire pit and enjoy the hummingbirds, deer, turkey, bird and squirrels. Highly recommend!"

"We were surprised with the nice welcome sign welcoming Scooter & the treats sure came in handy even though we brought some. We loved the getaway “Tuck Away” house, just perfect for us! Great location, loved the walks at the park & HEB!!!! We are coming back next year & will reserve Tuck Away again! Thanks for being a great host!"

"Played Cornhole games in the yard. Had a campfire at night. BBQ,'d during the day. Fished and floated just below the house. The water was cold but was easy to get the body used to. Caught a few fish a piece between 7 of us. Enjoyed the main house with drinks and board games. It was truly our perfect getaway. The weather was humid a couple of days but not too hot at all.
