"Nice property and unbelievable breakfast"

"Wonderfully comfortable garden rooms. Staff were very helpful. Food was excellent. Will definitely return 🙂"

"Great experience and the food was superb"

"A typical English country pub with a friendly aura, professional staff, spotlessly clean and a good array of beers. We stayed one night, the room was on the smaller size but well equipped. Being a pub bed and breakfast you have to accept noise to eleven but thereafter it was so peaceful until morning chorus. The full English breakfast was delicious and the fish and chips the previous night was also of a high standard. Recommendable."

"A lovely cosy Pub , Hidden away just of the main road. Good food, Staff very attentative, A good atmosphere. Will be staying there again next year for the Retro festival weekend."

"Beautiful country pub type hotel. Quaintand very tastefully presented. Lovely room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. If i have any negative it is minor. The windows were not double glazed and neded a bit of paint. Otherwise excellent"

"Staff was excellent. Food in restaurants were very good. Plenty of option and good portions"

"The location was excellent; however, the discerning differential was the outstanding staff. Damien, Reuben and Andrew manned the restaurant extremely well and attended to my every need. The housekeeping staff were also polite and extremely attentive, Lastly, the breakfast chef was excellent."

"Staff were lovely. Had a long drive and arrived on the cutoff for ordering dinner, but thankfully the staff were kind enough to still let us order. We had both dinner and breakfast, both were absolutely delicious. There was some games we could borrow which we enjoyed playing in the bar, only small disadvantage is the bar closed at 10:30. Room was very clean, stocked with tea and coffee and the extra pillows in the wardrobe was a nice addition. Overall, we had a very peaceful, relaxing stay."
