BUILDING NOTICE – EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Please be advised that exterior balcony construction work for this unit is scheduled to begin around February 5, 2026 until December 30, 2026.
Work Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Construction Noise:
• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Important Information:
• Scaffolding will be installed, and areas below will be temporarily closed for safety
• No beach items or furniture are allowed on the balcony at this time. The area remains off-limits.
• Intermittent loud noise and vibrations are expected throughout the workday
• The swimming pool will remain closed for the duration of the project (estimated 9–12 months and already closed since October 2025)

- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
