Take in the ocean views from the couch or enjoy the fresh air on your private balcony. The building’s grounds offer guests tennis/basketball courts, a playground, coin-operated outdoor grilling area, a putting green and even a fitness area. There is also a small snack shop if you need a quick bite to eat. There are laundry facilities on each floor, a convenience store in the lobby, along with a great little coffee shop and Internet cafe all in Tower #1 on the ground floor.

Recreation Deck Amenities will be closed till further notice. This includes: Pool, Jacuzzi, Playground and BBQ's. Noisy Hours 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday! Restrooms and Sauna are still open.
