"Cute little place, had everything we needed. Little firepit, private dock with canoes and fishing poles. We really enjoyed the direct water access to the small lake. There were some ground hornets while launching the boat which we informed owner of so they can address that. Owner was very responsive to questions. "This property is all that it advertises. We could not be more happy with our choice to stay. The house and property are quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the dock during the day and evening. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring north and south of this river front cabin. "

"The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication. Great food at the Freezer and Margarita Grill. The Ice cream Barr was amazing. We had a fun time! Thank you!! "
