"Outstanding location, near waterfront, tourist venues such as boat rentals, and several eateries. House was very clean and fully equipped. Although entirely satisfactory, this is an old house and has some quirks, such as a toilet sticking out of a closet in one bedroom and a very spongy floor in some places. We were happy with the house."

"Our family was looking for an all in one place by the river to stay, and Joanne’s house hit the mark. The house was large enough for a family of five to sleep comfortably, and with the water out back we spent hours fishing and kayaking. We also loved making s’mores each night at the fire pit. The property was calm, quiet, and beautiful, and from start to finish I couldn’t have been happier with communication and support from our host."

"The property met our needs of two bedrooms and pet friendly. The location right past the RV resort was a little odd but not an issue. "This place was wonderful! Clean little cabin. We stayed outside most of the time. The dock to the water is just steps away and we spent 80% of our time out there! Even with the low tide, there was plenty of water to fish. Ozello itself was amazing! The bugs weren’t horrible, but we live in old Florida so are used to them. I’d definitely stay here again!"
