"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by.
There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."
"Value for the money, its spacious and also clean which is what we are looking for. However, the roads around it are narrow and often gets jammed since they are within walking distance of CIQ. Other than that, will definitely come back and stay! Oh they also have a free shuttle to CIQ, good to check the frequency :)"

"Holiday Villa Johor Bahru was situated at a good location, whereby just across the street is the KSL mall and also along the road there are a few eateries and massage shops throughout the day🙂🙂🙂. Room and facilities at the hotel are spacious and clean. Not to forget to the housekeeper who clean the Room 1228 for the period 27th July to 28th July 2025. Thank you for all the staffs who make the stay here a pleasant trip😘😘😘. We will be coming back here again whenever we coming in to Johor....

"The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. "Super lots of food options by foot!!!! Bed comfort & amenities can further enhance, no 'DND' signage provide. Hence daily cleaning was done & needed to request for 02 half size towels, which was originally placed in the room upon checking in. "
